I call this the ‘Cottage Loaf’ and it is about 100 years old. It has sagged a little – as we all do with age and therefore has evolved as a sculpture. All the pieces of topiary in this garden evolve in to a different sculpture each year, making cutting interesting and challenging.
I often use shade netting for collecting the cuttings.
I call this one the ‘Cake Stand’.
